Now that they’ve eliminated their rota woes, James feels that he is now better able to serve his customers, as well as take proper care of his staff.

Asked how RotaCloud has most benefited Base Jump, James said that the system had “significantly reduced” his team’s rota planning time, as well as making it easier for his managers to communicate with staff. His team, in turn, have really taken to RotaCloud.
