Are there any setup costs?
None whatsoever. We’re confident that you’ll love RotaCloud, so we won’t charge you just for getting started. There’s only ever one, simple monthly or annual (you choose!) subscription fee to pay, and you’re free to cancel whenever you like.
Am I tied into a contract?
Nope. RotaCloud is a pay-as-you-go service with no long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel your subscription anytime you like, and won’t be billed again.
What happens after the trial ends?
If, at the end of your free trial, you decide that you want to keep using RotaCloud, then all you have to do is add your payment info in your account’s settings. If you’re not quite ready, then don’t worry — just leave your account inactive and won’t incur any fees.
How do I pay for RotaCloud?
RotaCloud is billed monthly or yearly, and you can pay for your subscription by credit or debit card. Once you’ve added card details to your account, we’ll automatically take payment as per your billing cycle. SSL encryption and Level 1 PCI Compliance ensure that your payment data stays secure.
Will RotaCloud work with my computer?
RotaCloud is web-based — the only requirement is an up-to-date browser. We can’t guarantee 100% compatibility with all browsers, but RotaCloud will work with the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. It’s compatible with Mac and Windows computers, as well as most modern smartphones and tablets.
Which payment methods are supported?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Unfortunately we don’t accept Maestro.
What if I want to cancel?
We’d be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your RotaCloud subscription at any time simply by contacting a member of our support team.
Once your subscription is cancelled, you won’t be charged again and your account will remain open for any period you’ve already paid for.
