Before RotaCloud, director Craig Stephenson and his team used a spreadsheet to plan their rotas. The system wasn’t, however, without its problems.
“It was complicated for staff to follow, and very time consuming for me to keep up-to-date,” Craig told us.
“At the end of each month, I had to spend valuable time adding up overtime and undertime and the spreadsheet took ages to open, so it was always a pain to quickly check rotas and holidays. Then there were there times when we had conflicting copies... nightmare!”
