Activating SMS notifications
To add the SMS notification service to your account go to the Billing page and under Services and Extras check the box labelled "SMS notifications" and click Apply.
If you are a new customer this will add the SMS service to your account when your free trial ends and your first subscription payment is taken. (If you would like to activate this sooner, get in touch)
For customers who are upgrading their account during their subscription period, when you click 'Apply' the SMS service is activated instantly and you will be charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining days before your next billing cycle.
Once activated, each employee will need to verify their mobile number to start receiving the notifications.
