Transferring ownership of the RotaCloud account

If you want someone else to have control and ownership of the data in your RotaCloud account, you can transfer ownership of the account to them.

It's particularly important you do this if you are leaving the company, as not doing so could affect the remaining employees' continued access to RotaCloud.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Cog icon in the top-right
  2. Select the person you want to transfer ownership to in the Account Owner drop-down

Please Note: You can only transfer ownership to an Admin, and only the current Account Owner can transfer ownership.
